Senior risk manager in the department of corporate development and assets restructuring

Functions, responsibilities:

• Formation and implementation of documentation on risk management of LLP and subsidiary companies
• Report composition in the sphere of risk control
• Execution, monitoring and developing of the risk influence minimization program 
• New project maintenance in direction of risk evaluation

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in economics
• Job experience at the position of risk manager more than 3 years
• Certificates on risk management
• English language (Intermediate)

Manager in the department of corporate development and assets restructuring

Functions, responsibilities:

1. Project and financial analysis
2. Project maintenance and monitoring
3. Developing and monitoring of Investment program
4. Composition of reports on subsidiary companies
5. Composition and maintenance of LLP and subsidiary companies’ asset register
6. Preparation of proposals and procedures on realization and restructuring

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in economics
• Job experience more than 3 years
• English language (Intermediate)
