Social policy

KMT social policy pursues the following objectives:

  • Creation of social and economic conditions for KMT employees, enabling them to concentrate completely upon fulfillment of their employment duties;
  • Increased motivation of the staff for high-efficient performance in their work place;
  • To become a competitive employer among large oil and gas companies of Kazakhstan.

The Company provides to its employees the following types of social assistance:

  • Medical insurance for employees and their family members;
  • Recovery welfare assistance at the rate of 2 monthly position salaries during annual paid leave;
  •  Provision of accommodation in Astana for employees invited from other regions of the country.
