Quality policy
The purpose of JSC OCC “KazMunayTeniz” (hereinafter- the Company) is to become a leading Kazakhstan company in offshore exploration and hydrocarbon production.
The Company’s quality policy is the most significant part in general policy and strategy of the Company.
The high level of quality management is a necessary condition for competitiveness of the Company and a pledge for effective activities and dynamic development.
The achievement of goals in quality policy is provided by the execution of the following principles:
- Arrangement and execution of the activities of the Company within the effective system of quality management pursuant to the requirements of international and national standards and constant improvement of the effectiveness of the activities. The required level of the quality management is provided by the Company only through complex and systemic approach to solve quality management tasks.
- When making and executing decisions the Company is guided by the primary importance to satisfy requests of customers and partners. The Company builds its relations with partners on the basis of mutually profitable cooperation.
- Compliance of financial, economic and performance indicators of the Company with the expectations of the only one shareholder – JSC NC “KazMunayGas”.
- The active position of the Company’s management as a key factor of efficient quality management. The optimal organization chart of the Company enables the organization departments to execute their functions efficiently and manage the executable processes as a system.
- Creation of conditions for deliberate involvement of the Company’s personnel into the quality management process and determination of constant improvement of the processes.
- Organizations which supply the Company with goods, works and services shall meet the requirements of the legislation and standards for quality management.
The management of the Company assumes a responsibility to define, analyze and constantly improve the effectiveness of the management system and provide necessary resources and conditions for its execution by all employees of the Company.
Quality policy shall be general for the Company, its subsidiaries and dependent organizations and shall be subjected to a constant analysis and review whether it is applicable and adequate to the activities of the Company. This document is open and available to all interested persons.
