Board of directors of KMT has been established according to the decision of the Unique Shareholder (Board Minutes of KMG dated 26.07.2011 No. 106) for a term of 3 years. The members of the Board of Directors are as follows:

Alik Aidarbaev

Managing director for exploration and production of NC KMG, since July 2011 is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Graduated from the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute, PhD in Technical Sciences. Experience of work in the oil & gas industry is 25 years.

Previously worked in the position of general director of JSC “Kumkol–Lukoil”, JSC “Turgay–Petroleum” and JSC “Mangistaumunaygas”. Emeritus professor of Kazakh National Technical University named after K. Satpayev, Corresponding Fellow of theScientific Research Academy of the RoK. Possesses state awards.

Marat Karimov

General Manager for exploration projects of NC KMG. In July 2011 was elected a member of the Board of Directors. Graduate of petrochemical faculty of the Atyrau Institute of Oil and Gas. Has solid experience at leading posts in offshore oil&gas projects.

Worked as deputy director of the branch of KMG Kashagan B.V. PCLL in Astana and as first deputy director of JSC OOC KazMunayTeniz.

Kenzhebek Ibrashev

General Director (Chairman of the Management Board) of the Company since April 2011.
Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Petrochemical and Gas Industry named after I. Gubkin. Has solid experience in the oil & gas industry, has occupied posts of general director of JSC EP KazMunayGas, vice-president of JSC NC KazMunayGas, general director of JSC OOC KazMunayTeniz.

PhD in Technical Sciences, was awarded with Kurmet and Parasat medals.

Member of BD, Independent Director. First Vice-President of National Engineering Academy of Republic Kazakhstan

Nadir Nadirov

First Vice-President of the National Engineering Academy of the RoK, general director of scientific engineering centre “Neft”.

Obtained a post graduate degree from the Moscow State Pedagogical Institute named after Lenin. Member of the National Academy of Sciences and National Academy of Engineering

Sciences, Doctor of Chemistry, professor.

Recipient of the State Prize of Kaz.SSR

In July 2011 was elected independent director of the Company.

Member of BD, Independent Director. Managing Director of the Expert Centre for Corporate Relations, Member of the Moscow Interbank Stock Exchange Council of the Russian Federation

Alexander Filatov

Managing director of Expert Centre for Corporate Relations, member of the Exchange Committee of Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange. Graduated from the Plehanov's National Economy Institute, Harvard course of corporate financing, Corporate management Program in the York University, Schulich School of Business (Canada). Has more than twenty years experience of work in the sphere of consulting and at stock exchange.

In July 2011 was elected independent director of the Company.
